Thanks to Nirendranath Chakraborty, Banibrata’s journey as a detective novel writer started in the 1980s. Since then, detective Satyaki Datta was dedicatedly solving cases to wow the readers of the younger generation. That, however, changed since he was requested to write detective stories in Sukhi Grihokon magazine. That changed the patterns of the problems Satyaki used to solve for the young readers.
